๐Ÿ“ฆ Return Policy for Online Purchases

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. In case of a damaged or defective product, the complaint must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In original condition with no damage
  • With all tags intact
  • Returned in original packaging

โš ๏ธ Important: Any item that does not meet the above criteria will not be accepted for return.


๐Ÿ“‹ Return Process

  1. Email us at info@ishvya.in within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, our team will guide you through the return process.
  3. Refunds or store credits will be processed only after the returned product passes quality checks.

๐Ÿ“Œ Please note: If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, customers will be required to ship the product back at their own cost.


โŒ Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

If cancelled within the eligible time frame, the refund will be initiated to the original mode of payment.

Certain items such as customised products, discounted items, or products marked as "non-returnable" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Ishvya reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances including inventory issues, pricing errors, or operational constraints. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
