Exchange Policy for Online Purchases

Ishvya offers a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery. Exchange requests must be raised within this time frame to be considered.

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In original condition without any damage
  • With all tags intact
  • Returned in its original packaging

Products that do not meet the above criteria will not be eligible for exchange.


Exchange Process

  1. Email us at info@ishvya.in within 7 days of delivery, mentioning your order ID and reason for exchange.
  2. Once your request is approved, we will share the exchange instructions.
  3. The exchanged product will be dispatched only after the returned item passes our quality check.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, a store credit may be issued instead.


Exchange Charges

Exchanges requested due to size or personal preference may attract shipping charges.

In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products sent by Ishvya, the exchange will be processed at no additional cost.


Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Customised or made-to-order products
  • Discounted or sale items
  • Products marked as non-exchangeable

Exchange Cancellation by Ishvya

Ishvya reserves the right to decline or cancel an exchange request if the returned product fails to meet quality standards or policy conditions.
